Why do I need to shake the bottle? +

The serum has two layers: a cream layer with Volufiline and a serum layer with collagen, amino acids and hyaluronic acid. Turn and shake the bottle for a few seconds before every use so the layers blend into an even, silky texture. Unshaken, the serum can feel thin and watery.

What is Volufiline? +

Volufiline is a plant extract from the root of Anemarrhena asphodeloides in a light oil base. It is known for supporting the skin's natural fullness and is used in skincare for areas that have lost volume, such as the cheeks, lips and under-eyes.

When will I see results? +

Skin feels softer and more hydrated straight away. After one to two weeks skin usually feels firmer and more even, and after three to four weeks cheeks and under-eyes look visibly fuller. Results vary from person to person and need daily use.

How do I use the serum? +

Shake the bottle. Apply 2 to 3 drops to clean, dry skin morning and night. Massage into the face and neck until absorbed and finish with your moisturiser. The serum sits well under make-up.

Is it suitable for sensitive skin? +

Yes. The formula is gentle and developed for all skin types, sensitive skin included. Patch test on the inside of your arm the first time, as with any new skincare.

Can I combine it with retinol or acids? +

Yes. The serum contains no retinoids or acids and can be used in the same routine as them. Apply the serum first and let it absorb before the next step.

Does the serum replace my moisturiser? +

For normal and combination skin the serum is often enough during the day. Dry skin, and all skin types in winter, do best with a moisturiser to finish.

How long does a bottle last? +

A 30 ml bottle lasts about a month with morning and night use at 2 to 3 drops each time.

Does the serum contain fragrance or alcohol? +
