Shipping Policy

Multiple parcels

For logistical reasons, some items may be shipped separately in more than one parcel.

Delivery address

Always double-check your delivery address at checkout. We are not responsible for lost parcels where the customer has supplied an incorrect or incomplete address.

Processing and delivery

Our standard processing time is 2–5 business days. After processing, estimated delivery time is 5–9 business days. These times are approximate and we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date.

Tracking number

Once your order has been processed, a tracking number is sent to you by email. If you have not received it within 5 business days, contact us at info@ecoviq.se with your order number.

Delays

Unforeseen circumstances such as public holidays, natural disasters or industrial action can cause delays. If delivery exceeds 45 business days we offer a full refund.

GST and duties

Goods are shipped from an overseas warehouse. For consignments valued at A$1,000 or less, GST is included in the price you pay at checkout. For consignments valued over A$1,000, GST and any customs duty are collected at the Australian border and are payable by the customer.
