What's in the box?
Essence Lift Pro, USB-C charging cable, charging stand and a protective travel case.
How often should I use it?
Five minutes a day is enough. Many people use it in the evening to finish their routine.
Do I need to use a serum or gel?
Yes. Apply a water-based serum or gel first — the device needs moisture on the skin to glide smoothly and to conduct the current evenly.
What order should I run the modes in?
Start with Booster to prepare the skin, then move on to Microcurrent. You can add Air Shot and Derma once you're comfortable with the device.
Does it hurt?
No. Microcurrent feels like a faint tingle and the warmth is mild. If anything feels uncomfortable, lower the intensity with the MODE button.
Can I use it around the eyes?
Avoid the eyelids and the area closest to the eye. Follow the cheekbone and jawline instead.
Who shouldn't use the device?
Don't use it if you have a pacemaker or another implanted electronic medical device, are pregnant, have epilepsy, have metal implants in the face, or on broken, inflamed or recently operated skin. If you're unsure, speak to a doctor first.
Can I use it alongside retinol or vitamin C?
Yes, but not in the same session. Use the device with a mild water-based serum and save stronger actives for a different point in the day.
Is it waterproof?
No. Wipe the treatment head with a lightly damp cloth after use, but never rinse the device under running water.
What if I change my mind?
